A beautiful sunny morning in the New Forest attracted a good field of 30 riders - and a celebrity guest, the renowned and popular former pro Jens Voigt, who had ridden his own charity ride the previous day (organised by his friend Stuart Grace, GA Cycles). Jens not only chatted with riders and supporters and posed for photographs, he was also an enthusiastic pusher-off for the event!.
Fastest rider on the day was Fareham Wheelers' Paul Ashley with 21.33, with Pat Lafford best Crabwood rider in 25.10.
